In some states, Balance Credit offers unsecured installment loans and credit services for a wide range of needs. In other states, our FDIC-insured, state-chartered bank partner provides the loans.

Our bank partner takes advantage of our platform and technology by outsourcing customer marketing and loan servicing to us, while remaining responsible for loan origination, underwriting, and funding of the loan. In addition, they closely oversee regulatory compliance requirements and ensure that their underwriting and other standards and criteria are strictly adhered to.

Our platform offers a very simple application process that in most cases provides a decision in a matter of seconds through our data driven underwriting process. Our self-service portal allows customers to manage their loans online. If needed, we also have a customer support team that is only an email or a toll-free phone call away.
